Ridge Riders Club was founded in the 1930s and was originally a horse riding club, hence the name Ridge Riders. The first horse show put on by the Ridge Riders was in 1952, and the first rodeo queen and rodeo was in the 1980s. This club has brought a lot to the community through providing a first class rodeo, which is now Colorama Pro Rodeo, with professional contestants coming from all over the United States and Canada the first weekend of May every year. We also host a Junior Rodeo and Professional Bull Riding events. The club offers barrel racing clinics as well.
The club only exists because of the dedicated members and volunteers who devote so much time and effort to bring these events for the community to enjoy. We hope to see you at our events!
